GENERAL DESCRIPTION: HTR-386 is a tough, good impact, high temperature resin system that offers excellent heat distortion for parts requiring elevated temperatures. It has excellent handling properties, stable physicals with good flow and wet-out for injection resin system. HTR-386 cures at room temperature in 24 hours then must be post cured.

Upon completion, the tool should be allowed to cure at ambient temperature. At that point apply an oven cure according to the following schedule (this schedule is recommended for a tool which will be exposed to an operating temperature at 350ºF):
1 hour @ 150ºF
1 hour @ 250ºF
3 hours @ 350ºF
1 hour @ 400ºF
After the oven has cooled to ambient temperature (77 degrees) remove the tool. (The final temperature of the post curing cycle should be 50ºF above the use temperature of the tool.)
*If the part is used at 400ºF the final post cure temperature is 450ºF for 1 hour.
