HIGH TEMPERATURE LAMINATING

(ALUMINUM)

HTL-250

RATIO:  100pbw to 15pbw

HARDENER:  HT-9234-W

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  HTL-250 is a two component, high temperature laminating system that cures at room temperature with post cure.  HTL-250 has excellent toughness, good dimensional stability with good heat distortion for tools requiring elevated temperatures.

Upon completion, the tool should be allowed to cure at ambient temperature.  At that point apply an oven cure according to the following schedule (this schedule is recommended for a tool which will be exposed to an operating temperature at 350ºF):

1 hour @ 150ºF

1 hour @ 250ºF

3 hours @ 350ºF

1 hour @ 400ºF
