GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  HTL-250 high temperature laminating resin is a tough, hard, high-impact resin offering excellent heat distortion for tools requiring elevated temperatures.  HTL-250 cures at room temperature and can be used without post cure for temperatures up to 275ºF.  Post curing is recommended when tools will be used from 275ºF to 350ºF.

RECOMMENDED POST CURE:

2 hours @ 150ºF

2 hours @ 250ºF

4 hours @ 350ºF

After 4 hours @ 350ºF, shut off oven.  Remove tool when oven is at ambient temperature.
