HIGH TEMPERATURE GRAPHITE LAMINATING

HTR-350

RATIO:  100pbw to 25pbw

HARDENER:  HT-9234-W

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  HTR-350 high temperature laminating is a tough, high-impact resin offering excellent heat distortion for tools requiring elevated temperatures.  It has excellent handling properties, stable physicals with good wet-out for hand lay-up.  HTR-350 cures at room temperature in 24 hours then post cure.

Upon completion, the tool should be allowed to cure at ambient temperature.  At that point apply an oven cure according to the following schedule (this schedule is recommended for a tool which will be exposed to an operating temperature at 350ºF):

1 hour @ 150ºF

1 hour @ 250ºF

3 hours @ 350ºF

1 hour @ 400ºF

After the oven has cooled to ambient temperature (77 degrees) remove the tool.
