HIGH TEMPERATURE GRAPHITE LAMINATING

HTL-509

RATIO:  100pbw to 25pbw

HARDENER:  HT-8401

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  HTL-509 high temperature laminating is a tough, heat cure resin that has excellent heat distortion, stable physicals property for tools requiring elevated temperatures.   Cure schedules ranging from 30 minutes at 130ºC (266ºF) to 24 hours at 75ºC (166ºF) are adequate to attain properties that are satisfactory for many applications.   However for optimum high temperature performance, a minimum cure schedule of 2 hours at 150ºC (300ºF) or 1 hour at 175ºC (350ºF) is required.
