Reklein Honeycomb Panels are a line of back-up components for checking fixture and production tooling manufacturers. The panels effectively reduce weight, while maintaining high strength and stability, temperature resistance and sound proofing in a variety of production environments.
Each panel features a specially designed light weight aluminum honeycomb element, laminated on each side with two layers of treated 7500 2-ply fiberglass cloth. Panels can also be produced with an aluminum facing on one end or both sides for use in temperatures up to 425° F.
